If you truly want to create art you need good brushes.  Afterglow uses the highest quality taklon (a man-made fiber) so your brush is cruelty free!   Get the best results when applying mineral makeup with Afterglow’s quality brushes with no shedding - I can’t stand when the hairs of brushes come off and are all over my face!  The taklon fibers pick up the color better than a cheap brush and feels so good on my skin.

Wash brushes regularly with mild shampoo to get excess makeup and dust out.  Afterglow has paired the adorable little Kabuki brush with a sweet, silver, key ringed bag to keep the excess powder out of your iPod and other purse paraphenalia while on the go.

Afterglow makes vegan products, never tested on animals and is free of many harmful ingredients.

More Afterglow coming up, till then…

If you truly want to create art you need good brushes - great expression! It is a scientific fact, that all our brushes contain tons of microbes, so we can either buy brushes of high quality and clean them, wash them or get rid of the brushes once in 3 months.

true enough, you could get rid of them but I have them in so many places. One in my purse, in each bathroom, and one in the minivan!

It seems easier for me to see it dirty and wash it while in the shower then replace it all the time.

To each their own, as long as they’re cruelty free and don’t shed! PETA has a great article about what other brands do to obtain the hair for their brushes…
