I honestly don't think there's a more healthful and wholesome drink on earth. Even water doesn't give you antioxidants! You mentioned "not wanting to do anything extra." Convenience is certainly an issue with tea. May I suggest selecting tea that comes in clear, pyramid sachets made of food-grade nylon. They preserve the whole leaf tea experience (because your tea leaves have plenty of room to unfurl beautifully), yet you keep the convenience of a tea bag!
