		<description>Dear Delphine, I&#039;m glad to hear that you&#039;re planning to resume your tea-drinking.  I honestly don&#039;t think there&#039;s a more healthful and wholesome drink on earth.  Even water doesn&#039;t give you antioxidants!

You mentioned &quot;not wanting to do anything extra.&quot; Convenience is certainly an issue with tea.  May I suggest selecting tea that comes in clear, pyramid sachets made of food-grade nylon.  They preserve the whole leaf tea experience (because your tea leaves have plenty of room to unfurl beautifully), yet you keep the convenience of a tea bag!
