I’ve been battling writer’s block, I have so much on my mind it’s hard to concentrate and think beautiful. Normally I’d be in full swing planning our summer vacay but this year I’m convinced we’ll be forced to take a staycation!
If you visit this blog at all you’re sure to know I love candles and have them all over my house. I love all types of candles but since we’ve got a little stinky (and adorable) dog I’ve been even more crazy about burning scented candles.
This is my current favorite! Shore Breeze by Slatkin fragrance is housed in a conch shell. My husband and I met in Key West so the conch is a great motif for our home. Is it wrong that I can’t wait to get through it to fill the conch with something?! The scent comes in a wave just like the sea. I had this burning in the guest room when my mom arrived as extra insurance. She lives by the ocean so it made her feel right at home!
