My first thought upon viewing the “as seen on tv” snuggie ad was that it was a great idea. People are turning down their thermasts and staying home more so they need more snuggable blankets around.
I didn’t order right away like I normally would because of the colors. I can’t think of something more unattractive. A great black, beige, taupe, winter white… anything but why that red and blue? I normally keep my throws over my sofa or on the top of my sofa so this is a big problem.
Chances are good I’ll just keep wearing my bathrobe backwards (I’ve heard Jay Leno had this same idea!) and a throw on my lap.
sure enough the Snuggie infomercials draw in my attention like a magnet, though i haven’t gotten the point of actually buying one yet
