How To Look Good Naked hosted by Carson Kressley is a new series on Lifetime premiering January 4th.  The show promises to change body loathing into body loving.  I just got finished watching  premiere show and I can tell you if you’re having trouble loving your body this show will snap you right out of that. 

Focus on the positive, love your decolletage, show it off!  Invest in your foundation garments and pamper yourself.  Carson outfitted the lady with different styles, they even shopped in New York & Company (remember how to save at NY&Co).  The point of this show is to accept, embrance and accentuate.  Look for How to Look Good Naked on Fridays at 9PM.  Want to see me naked?
