I joined a gym a few weeks ago and have been LOVING the group exercise classes. It seems all the routines are choreographed by Les Mills. I really like that I know what to expect, if doesn’t matter who is teaching the class because the routine is the same and I’ll get a great workout. I also like the music, the movements are coordinated to the music, making it easy to follow - sometimes! I almost feel like a back up dancer while doing the Body Step(tm) routines.
If you have a gym near you that offers these classes get to them, they are fantastic! I’ve tried Body Step, Body Jam, Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Flow.

Delphine!!
I love their routines. We have a gold’s gym that teach those classes here when I went for the 2 weeks tour for free. It was absolutely FUN!! I want to join them, but we will have to wait until the new year. I love the body step class. I’m a Step Diva. ha ha
