Well, Day 5 certainly threw me a curve ball. I was in a huge rush to get boy2001 out the door for the bus, and girl2004 ready for nursery school and did not eat anything for breakfast. When I got home, I was feeling lazy and remembered that roastbeef I had from the night before. I devoured at least 10 ounces of it – nothing else. I felt really bad. It was 10 a.m., so I had my regular Nutrisystem lunch at about 1:20.
That put about 4:20 for snack… that’s exactly when I had to be at boy2001’s Tap class… I didn’t plan, so I ended up skipping snack altogether and eating dinner when I got home, about 5:40. The best part was it was really yummy thin-crust pizza. You have to assemble it yourself, just five minutes in the oven and it’s ready. The problem is I snuck 3 fish sticks I made for the kids!
I didn’t do anything else bad and weighed the same this morning as I did yesterday morning! whew!
I’m back on track for today.
