24.7 Skincare Wrinkle Treatment Cream comes in a little jar.  It’s almost a solid and has a waxy feel.  I’m only reviewing the experience, not the effectiveness of wrinkle treatment since I have only two wrinkles according to the anaylisis I underwent at the Total Beauty summit. 

I used it between my eyebrows because I know those angry mommy frownlines are in my future.  The treatment immediately tightened my skin.  When I run my finger across it is smooth like newborn baby skin… no pores or pits, really nice surface texture. I would imagine it would fill in wrinkles very effectively. Just apply and let absorb for a minute, no scent detected.  If you’re looking for wrinkle treatment, Freeze 24.7 would be a great choice.

What a life changer, not only is the product good but my favorite part of this product is that it is a spray.  It’s so much easier to get it on the kids without a hassle because it’s fast to apply.   Aveeno Continuous Protection Sunblock 45 is very effective, we’ve been out in the sun quite a bit these last two weeks and the kids are looking great, no signs of sun damage at all.  It has an active photobarrerier complex, is oil free and waterproof.  I’m going to get some more of it to keep as a permanent fixture in the car this summer.

Another great product from Burt’s Bees.  This is the After Sun Soother with Aloe & Linden Flower.  The scent is divine, a MUST try, it’s a fresh scent for spring.  We’ve been spending a lot of time at the beach and although I’m very good about putting sunscreen on the kids, I’m not as dilligent with it for myself.  I haven’t gotten a burn but give me some time, it’s early in the season, I’ve been putting this on AND using a lotion with spf and my arms not only feel better, they look 10x better than before.  A 100% Natural Product.

I didn’t use this product for the longest, I just assumed it was a skin moisturizer by the packaging but a few weeks ago I noticed it’s actually a shaving milk made with real milk proteins and I was ecstatic.  I love trying new things, so I didn’t even scold the girls for using the last of my Barbasol to make bath beards. 

I knew it meant I would dip into the skin milk that much earlier and I have been very pleased with the experience.  Skin Milk is very thin and silky compared to shave cream so it’s a nice consistency.  The scent is what worried me most, because it was described as a light vanilla. When I first opened and applied Skin Milk I caught a whiff of vanilla but luckily the scent is faint and dissapates quickly.

ooh how I love the packaging of this little product!  that bow is just too much, amazing little present for a girlfriend.  Rosie Jane Cheek Gloss comes in the cutest little white compact with mirror.  The idea is to have a little color on cheeks that isn’t dry which is great for a day where you don’t really want to wear make up.  Luv the Cheek Gloss on the lips for a look that defines lips without looking like you’re wearing anything. The scent is beach-y suntan lotion eau de coconut so it may make you crave sand.  Check out more product reviews and get the best industry news from CEW.

I’m very excited about this product, it’s a CEW finalist and a spin on something I used to do long ago.  Confession: I was an eyeshadow on lips maniac.  Everybody thought it was strange, but I would put an eye color on my lips before my wet ‘n wild lipstick and it would last through our lunch break.  Pro Glimmer Hook Up Powder is even better because it comes in a cute little tube and isn’t as dry as eye shadow - great lipstick base.

There is one product and ONE product only that has totally intimidated me since I met her at the CEW Awards so many days ago.  betty is color for the “hair down there” that is safe (no parabens, no animal testing) and now officially heads my list of “things I didn’t know I needed”.   Brazilian waxes can be painful but betty is a fun way to get your betty ready without pain.  I’m totally not into the “brown” color I received to try.  TMI: I don’t need to cover grey so I would have loved the FUN Betty (pink) or Malibu Betty (blue) which is perfect for a bride.  I also love the different stencils, especially the dollar sign to do something different!! Don’t be a HOT Racker! 

I love this stuff, a drugstore find, it’s affordable and readily available.  No bathroom should be without Olay’s Calm Release, super sweet smell and non-drying formula.  Lavender just makes me feel good, how ’bout you?

So comforting and relaxing, it’s a total favorite.  In addition to the scent the formula is gentle and moisturizing, my skin feels so good when I use this, it’s awesome to use right before bed.  Speaking of bed-time rituals, I’m always surprised when people don’t take showers at night, it’s so refreshing to get the days worries off and start fresh the next day, don’t you think? 

I can’t help but think of a derogatory Navy term for people who don’t bathe at night, “hot rackers”… rack = bed, and hot = not bathed.  I can’t help but think this to myself in the back of my mind if I can’t shower at night, like right now because it’s so late I don’t want to disturb all the sleepy heads in the house!

Available as Parfum and Eau de Parfum Spray and readily available online.  The smell is pleasant enough but personally it seems like a scent more appropriate for an older woman, what is an older woman? not sure but older than me is all I can say! I really wanted to love this because I’ve always loved Estee Lauder products. Maybe it’s the Vanilla Bourbon at the end that is cooling me off on this perfume because I really can’t stand anything Vanilla.
